What is Classical Pilates ?
Classical Pilates is a functional form of workout that aims to increase your range of motion by integrating and focusing on 'Strength, Stretch, Stamina and Stability'.
It is a low-impact exercise that strengthens and lengthens the muscles while improving our posture and flexibility. It targets the muscle group called 'The Powerhouse'. The Powerhouse muscles synergize to form a solid foundation which helps to support the body and sustain movements.
Using Classical apparatus and following the system of Contrology created by Joseph Pilates, it will help you to achieve your fitness goals and equip your body for daily challenges. You can expect a stronger core, toned muscles, tightness release, decrease in back pain and better posture.
Most of all, PILATES IS FUN !

Start with Moss’s Bespoke Pilates Assessment (Trial session), the most effective way to start learning about your body and its specific needs.
The Assessment starts with a Reformer workout, during which the Instructor will observe your body’s mechanics, and based on his/her observations, the Instructor will take you to another apparatus with exercises tailored to re-balance your body.
After the Assessment, you will be given feedbacks and recommendations on how to take your practice to the next level. Your Instructor will then design a bespoke workout plan to meet your fitness goals and address any key concerns you may have.
